How To Manage Riders

There are two ways to manage riders. You can manage them in the account, or in the carpool.

At the account level, the riders listed are "My Riders" i.e. my children and you can add or remove children from your family / account. This makes them available to participate in different carpools. To manage children in your family / account:

• Tap on "My Account" on the bottom navigation menu
• Tap on "Riders"
• Here you can Add new riders to your family / account.
• For existing children, tap the 3 dots on each child to either edit or delete a child.

At the carpool level you can enable or disable riders for that particular carpool from your family. To do this:

• Tap on "Carpools" on the bottom navigation menu
• Tap on a specific Carpool
• Tap on "Riders" at the top
• From the drop down menu, you can enable or disable a child by turning "Can Ride?" to on or off
