How To: Create and Edit a Carpool

Creating a Carpool

1. Tap the + button on the Carpools screen
2. Enter a Carpool Name (required)

3. Optionally customize the carpool:

   • Tap the camera icon to add a photo
   • Tap the color circle to select a color

4. Tap Save

Editing a Carpool

1. Open the carpool you want to edit
2. Tap the edit icon or menu option
3. Make your changes
4. Tap Save

Adding Pickup and Dropoff Locations

Pickup and dropoff locations are optional. They define shared meeting points for your carpool.

• Pick-Up Location : Where riders gather to be picked up
• Drop-Off Location : Where riders are dropped off

To Set a Location

1. On the carpool edit screen, tap Pick-Up Location or Drop-Off Location
2. Select an existing location or tap + Location to add a new one

Adding a New Location

Option 1: Search (Recommended)

1. Type in the search field to find a place or address
2. Select from the results - this auto-fills address, phone, and map coordinates

Option 2: Manual Entry

1. Scroll past the search field

2. Fill in the required fields:

   • Location Name
   • Address
   • City
   • State/Region

3. Optionally add: Address 2, Zip, Country, Phone numbers

4. Tap Save

Tips

• Locations can be reused across multiple carpools
• You can edit or delete locations from the location list
• Set a default location for your account to use as the fallback for all riders
